Is it only open for Aviva Life Insurance customers?

Aviva Life Insurance WhatsApp Business Account is for servicing its existing customers. Currently, only our existing customers can use WhatsApp services using their registered mobile number

Why am I not able to register even though I am Aviva’s customer?

Aviva Life Insurance’s WhatsApp Business Account is for our existing customers using their mobile numbers registered with us. In case you are trying to opt-in using any other number, it won’t grant access for security of your data. You may change your mobile number in our records and then access our WhatsApp services using the registered mobile number.

How can I stop getting messages through WhatsApp?

We are sure that our services would prove valuable to you. Still in case you wish to opt-out of our WhatsApp services, you may do so by simply sending ‘OPT-OUT’ on WhatsApp & we will be happy to oblige to your request.

What will happen if I change my mobile number?

You may wish to change your mobile number at any time. In such a case, your mobile number would be automatically de-registered from the WhatsApp service. After getting the new mobile number updated in our records, you may again register for the WhatsApp services by sending ‘Hi’ on our WhatsApp no 9873149080 and continue receiving the updates.
