Here are few ways to make premium payments:
- Credit card/Debit card (including EMI and Standing Instruction) - Pay using Master card, Visa Card, American Express Card or Rupay cards.
- UPI – Simply enter your UPI Id and authorize payment from your UPI enabled app
- Net Banking - We have partnerships with major banks, you can pay securely online.
- ENACH - Setup auto-debt or standing instructions to ensure your premiums will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the chosen date, avoiding late fees.

You can pay your renewal premium through NEFT from your bank account.
To initiate the NEFT transfer, you just need to follow the below mentioned steps:

Instant premium payment from any e-wallet/banks app/mobile banking platform/bank website etc. using Policy no. and DOB and operating on the NPCI managed BBPS platform.
With partnerships with major banks, you can pay securely online.
Visit your nearest Aviva Branch to pay via Credit/Debit Cards and Cheque/ UPI scanner on POS machines.
Incase of cheque please mention your full name, policy number, and contact details at the back of the cheque.
Setup auto-debt or standing instructions to ensure your premiums will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the chosen date, avoiding late fees.
Walk into any branch of both banks to pay your premium.
You can pay your policy premium using the digital wallet method.
Click on the Pay Now button below to pay your premium.

- Open Google Pay application on your device.
- From the bottom of the screen, Click “View all” under Bills & Recharge section.
- Type (Search) the name Aviva Life Insurance.
- Click on Aviva Life Insurance icon.
- Fill up the following:
- Policy No
- DOB
- Follow the instructions on the application's screen.
Phone Pe
- Open PhonePe application on your device.
- Go to Recharge & Bill Payment.
- Select (Click) Insurance.
- Select (Click) Aviva Life Insurance icon.
